I have worked within the BMAT Trust for 7 years, having worked at other BMAT schools I joined Freshwaters in 2018. Throughout my teaching career, I have had various roles including Assessment Lead, Science Lead, Assistant Head of School and Safeguarding Lead. I have also worked across both Key stage 1 and Key stage 2.
Teaching has always been a passion of mine and I believe that children need to feel safe and nurtured in school in order for them to grow and develop to their full potential. I feel that it is also important to encourage and inspire the children dream 'big' and believe in themselves so that they can achieve their dreams and aspirations.
